Our Programmes
What if school stopped asking children to fit into a system… and started building a system around the child?
At KCL, we believe childhood is not a race. It’s a time to explore, to play, to question, to create and to become.
So we built a different kind of school

Early Years
PLAYGROUP · EY1 · EY2
Play-based foundations that build curiosity, communication, social skills, early literacy, numeracy, creativity and confidence — naturally.
Screen-free, nature-led, and built on our Organic Learning Model.
- Unstructured days that follow curiosity, not the clock
- Nature as a classroom, because the world is full of wonder
- Screen-free childhood until age 7
- Creativity, expression and confidence treated as seriously as academics
- Learning at their own pace, because every child is different
Elementary School
GRADES 1–5
An alternative Elementary programme built on an organic learning model — a competency-based approach where children grow academically, socially and emotionally, at their own pace and in their own way.
- A school day not driven by bells and rigid timetables
- Academic excellence without exam pressure
- Nature and inquiry-based learning
- Creativity and self-expression through music, art, theatre, rhythm and movement
- Personalised learning pathways — children move forward when they are ready, not because everyone else has
- Social and emotional learning: how children solve problems, how they adapt, how they communicate, and how they remain deeply human
No exams. Only evidence of learning.
We don’t test children once in a while. We understand them every day — through projects, conversations, portfolios and real-life tasks.
Our Philosophy on Early Years Education
Higher Order Thinking
- Investigate the world around them
- Build knowledge through research and experimentation, and
- Develop their own understanding by drawing meaningful conclusions.
Social Emotional Learning
- Understand and express their emotions authentically.
- Build meaningful and respectful connections.
- Solve problems and navigate challenges with empathy and self-awareness.
How we integrate SEL
Not a different curriculum. A different way of growing up.
Children don’t just need education. They need direction, grounding and the ability to remain human in a fast-changing world.
