Naila is an educationist with over 30 years of experience in leading educational institutions, including Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). A dynamic visionary, she believes the right educational approach is the most significant change-maker in a child’s life. She has pioneered innovative education models, developed creative curriculums, and designed student enhancement programs that nurture creativity, personality, and imagination. Her work reflects a dedicated effort to evolving education to meet the demands of a changing world, leaving a lasting impact on countless students and educators alike.

Sana Virk
With 12 years of extensive experience in education across diverse fields, Sana has cultivated a creative, innovative and energetic approach that she brings to all her endeavors to transform the traditional education paradigm. An active member in the education sector, she excels in designing creative curricula tailored to enhance students' critical thinking and prepare them for the 21st century. Her professional journey in education is marked by the development of engaging student enhancement programs, the organization of performing arts festivals, the productive of stage performances, the design of educational spaces and the creation of digital content

Rasti Mustajab
Raasti Mustajab leads Kids Cottage Lahore's Inclusion Centre, overseeing every child's journey through assessment, therapy planning and progress monitoring - working closely with therapists, teachers and families to make sure a child's progress in therapy carries through into the classroom. She holds an MBA and brings 10 years of experience in education to the role. Her background includes building creative, engaging programmes for students from preschool through A-levels, as well as student safety and wellbeing. Raasti stays closely involved with the families she works with - offering guidance and adjusting a child's plan as soon as something isn't working, rather than waiting for a scheduled review.

Sabeen Bilal
Sabeen is one of the founders of inclusive education in Pakistan. She is dedicated to transforming the lives of children with additional needs. She is among the top therapists in Pakistan, known for her technical expertise and compassionate approach. Armed with a BCBA and a Masters in Special Education, complemented by a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, Ms. Bilal’s expertise is enriched by ADOS Training. With a belief that every child, especially those with special needs, can thrive in Pakistan with the right support and dedication, Ms. Sabeen Bilal is dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can unlock their full potential.

Hina Haroon
An early years specialist with more than 25 years of experience, Hina champions the role of pedagogical development in improving the state of early years' education in Pakistan, for children during their most vital stages of learning. Hina has specialized in improving early years education, leading preschools and developing school curriculum. An advocate for learning outside of school, Hina has also spent time as. a story teller, a scrupt writer and a Urdu language specialist in various roles through out her career. Believing that a strong grasp over the Urdu language is vital for children in Pakistan, Hina has spent decades championing the Urdu language as part of her early years education approach.
